TORLA - President – formerly
a marketing executive in the airline industry handling special
projects that involved Corporate Sponsorship Programs, he established
Entertainment Resources in 1989. He earned a B.S. in Psychology
from Oklahoma City University and has been featured as a guest
speaker in the University of California system on topics related
to Corporate Sponsorship Programs. |

| KEVIN
CLANCY - Vice President – has
been involved in sports/special events marketing since 1984
when he assisted the Los Angeles Olympic Committee in Sponsor
Relations, working with a wide variety of corporate clients.
Some other projects he has worked on include Apple Computer’s
College Life On-Line Program to Corporate Sponsorships in
NASCAR, the national Professional Bull Riding Series and
Jimmy Buffett Concert Tours. |

| KAREN
VAN DYKE - Vice President
– began her career in event marketing
as Development Director of the Stars & Stripes Syndicate
for the America’s Cup from 1985-1988 which included responsibility
of Sponsorship, merchandising, donation and volunteer programs.
Since that time she has been involved with numerous Corporate
Sponsorship Programs with special emphasis on women’s
educational and sporting events. She holds a B.A. in Business
Administration from National University. Appointments include
being named President of the La Jolla Chapter of Toastmasters
International and as a Board Member of the Women’s International
Center. |
